Add sqlsrv and pdo_sqlsrv to list of supported extensions

Hi,

As of version 5.13.2, Microsoft has added official support for installing sqlsrv and pdo_sqlsrv with PIE on Linux and macOS.
Support for Windows was also added in 5.13.3

The names are :

pecl	PIE
pdo_sqlsrv	microsoft/pdo_sqlsrv
sqlsrv	microsoft/sqlsrv

I have prepared a commit to update the documentation in a fork but I cannot open a PR at the moment, as they can only be opened by maintainers.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help include this in the documentation.
