Stuck on docker build for standalone binaries Laravel

I'm not sure what is happening, but I got stuck in the last Build like this

I define the PHP_EXTENSIONS and PHP_EXTENSION_LIBS because I got an error about ucnv_, and trying to follow this this (But this is about libssh2).

This is if I'm not adding PHP_EXTENSIONS and PHP_EXTENSION_LIBS:

For another context, my laravel run on Laravel Homestead v and I install Docker in it. And also I use Livewire.

I think you might be missing xz in PHP_EXTENSION_LIBS (only found out because of this tool

The upx compressing your binary package，You can set NO_COMPRESS=1 to skip this operation.
