Machine-specific settings: ports and Froglib library loading

Machine specific port settings currently required.

• Put in a settings file?

• Implement port scanner?

• Froglib import currently on lines 20 - 26 in the frog module init.py (https://github.com/phockett/frogDAQ/blob/master/frogDAQ/frog/__init__.py). This needs some local path settings, since froglib cannot be installed as a module.
