Page Up and Page down instantly jumps the page, but u/d "animates" down
Full text:
It might be a personal taste, but I quite dislike animations. I love it when the computer is snappy and I'm just taken directly where I want to be, rather than sit through a computer's attempt to entertain me with an animation. Fortunately for me, it seems to me software development has going in the same direction over the last years. And perhaps this is why u/d still has animations? Since it uses some old functions in the browser, while page up/page down now removed this animation?
