Problem description
From phetsims/qa#1157 on Firefox, at around 1000 Data points, when rechecking the tickbox, it can take a while for the data to return to the heading in the Projectile Data area.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch 1000 projectiles
  2. uncheck one of the boxes in Setup or Measurements
  3. recheck box.

with a little over 1500 data points, CODAP timed out when unchecking/rechecking a variable with Mac + chrome:
