What

Make adding Palinode to a project as simple as copying a block into CLAUDE.md. Lowest friction adoption path.

Tasks

• Polish examples/CLAUDE.md to be copy-paste ready
• Add a one-liner install section: pip install, start server, paste CLAUDE.md block
• Create a palinode init CLI command that generates the CLAUDE.md block for a project
• Write a "Getting started in 60 seconds" section in README focused entirely on this flow
• Consider: palinode setup claude-code that does everything automatically

Goal

"Copy this into your CLAUDE.md" is the entire pitch. Zero to persistent memory in under 2 minutes.

Shipped in v0.7.1: palinode init, project scaffolding, and the updated setup/docs flow are now public. Closing as delivered.

This migration brings the zero-friction Claude Code setup path into the public repo, including palinode init, generated .claude/ scaffolding, the SessionEnd hook script, install docs, and the related test coverage. Keeping this issue closed as delivered in the Phase A sync.
