Built-in retries

• Adds a new retries decorator

• For now it will be a thin wrapper around stamina with a custom on hook specifically built for Clientele.
• By default only 5XX errors will trigger retries only.
• An array of integers for on_status can be provided to choose which status codes to handle retries on.

Drop explore command

• This isn't popular, and it is distracting. Dropping it.
