Fixes #2706.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • pgtap/metrics/betweennessCentrality/edge_cases.pg: removed excessive spaces and added some info
  • include/metrics/betweennessCentrality.hpp: Cleaned up the code, removed the class
  • Adjusted the driver and the C file
