Example script for wear, activity, gait, sleep, and sit2stand

Created examples for wear detection, activity detection, gait detection, sleep detection, and sit to stand detection. This example relies on the data to be read as a .csv file.

Thanks for the contribution! At this point, unfortunately, its not particularly user friendly, as anyone attempting to use this would still have to provide their own data.

That being said, this is a good start, with the following changes it would be an excellent and much appreciated addition:

• Re-format to use the already provided .cwa file in the folder
• Walk through running each process individually, with results from each highlighted.
• After completing the processing of each step individually, show how all the steps can be added to a single skdh.Pipeline class and run all at once, generating the same results in a much more streamlined fashion
