Program for encrypt and decrypt files used Rabin cryptosystem

To run program with GUI: gui_rabin.py

• extended_euclid(Advanced Euclidean Algorithm)
• fast_pow(fast exponentiation algorithm)
• is_prime(check the numbers for primary)
