[Bug]: Test code or tested code closed output buffers other than its own

What Happened

i am using ob_get_clean() and i think this is causing that error ?

How to Reproduce

not sure, don't want to spent much time on this yet...
do i need to start an new output buffer after ob_get_clean to avoid this error ?

what also could added is perhaps a flag to allow-risky-operations because the test results arent smart.
i am missing the real test results because your program wants to complain about what you think is risky instead of showing the output of the running tests.
