[Bug]: Output cut off on GitHub Actions #1240

What Happened

The test output gets cut off in GitHub Actions, meaning I can't see whats wrong:

How to Reproduce

Install a fresh Laravel app, add Pest, cause a warning and then run it through GitHub Actions to see the warning output get cut off.
