There are no good instructions for Windows users

System Details:
Windows 8.1

• Persepolis Version: latest (5.0.1)
• How do you install Persepolis? (Repositories, source, ...)
  downloaded exe
• Please attach log files if crash or paste error message

Issue Description and steps to reproduce:
(i am just an average user)
upon running i get the error " No module named PyQt5"
Despite the fact that I have Python and PyQt5 installed..
I know Im probably doing something wrong, but i cant find any good step by step instructions!

Edit I have two versions of Python installed but i dont know Persepolis uses which..
Edit I removed one and reinstalled same issue...

perspolis bundle publish for win 10 and later, so these error becouse that budle is not containing some dlls for older version of windows
for using persepolis bundle for windows you don' need any other requierments like python and libs.
As a reminder, Windows 8.1 has reached end of support on January 10, 2023.

Thank you , now atleast ill stop trying .. i wasted alot of time in this..
Please clarify that it is not compatible with Windows 8 in its github page..
