RHEL7 & DBD::Oracle 1.75_2: Compiler warning about type mismatch

Hi,

I got the following warnings during compilation of DBD::Oracle version 1.75_2 on RHEL7:

Fixing in SDK 12 seems to introduce this same problem when building against SDK 11
