Microdep: gap and traceroute analytics on testpoints #1342

Currently only toolkit nodes support Microdep gap- and traceroute analytics.
Testpoints are also enabled to run such analytics however some means of configuring the analytics services (systemd) as well as means to push results to an archiver (e.g. a toolkit node) is missing.
