FL-35 Use different numbers of paddings on all sides

Preconditions

Create a board
Create 3 ellipses inside the board
Click "+" button next to "Layout"
Select " Flex layout" option
Click "Independent paddings" button in the right side menu

Steps to reproduce

• Step 1
  Action: Click "Right" field and type "200000000" and click Enter
  Expected Result: Right padding has 500000 px

Actual result

Right padding has 200000000 px

Expected Result

Right padding has 500000 px
