especially when using Luma theme, clicking into a block will change the height of the lines of the the parent block and the whole thing jumps up and down on the screen.

I'm experiencing the same issue on the bonofix theme. It moves so much that 1 out of 5 times I click a block I end up with the whole page selected.

I am experiencing the same issue, when the block is set to a header style greater than 2. I am using the awesome UI theme.
