Add support for simple_query_string queries

Introduces methods in Builder for 'simple_query_string' and its variants, adds SimpleQueryStringOptions for configuring query options, updates DslFactory and Grammar to handle the new query type, and enables safer, more flexible query string parsing in Elasticsearch queries.
