Will it work with PulseEight adapters? Alternatives?
Thanks!

It should work with all linux running devices which have libcec installed. But I only tested it with the Raspberry PI 2.

Raspberry Pi has built-in CEC controller but most PCs don't so we need some kind of external hardware to inject CEC to HDMI.
PulseEight has external adapter: https://www.pulse-eight.com/p/104/usb-hdmi-cec-adapter
but it's kinda expensive.
