Monitoring of parse server apps

Issue Description

I looking for a way of monitor (and maybe get stats) on parse server apps. Not sure if there are any function or method i can call from monitoring tools

I believe there is a /health route (might be mistaken).

you could create your own "/health" route and create your tests there

I'm not really sure if Parse has anything built in tbh. I did what @georgesjamous suggested. I had created my own /health route in express and returned my own relevant data there.
