How to use IBM object store with parse server fileadapter

Issue Description

I would like to integrate parse server to IBM object store. Could you please guide me regrading this.
I am referring to configuring file Adapters

@gowridev you would need to create a new files adapter specifically for the IBM object store. It needs to implement all the functions defined in the FilesAdapter interface (https://github.com/ParsePlatform/parse-server/blob/master/src/Adapters/Files/FilesAdapter.js).

We have a couple examples of files adapters in the parse-server-modules repo. S3 for example: https://github.com/parse-server-modules/parse-server-s3-adapter
