Error when starting chat with some users

When trying to start a chat with most people, no actions are displayed and an error is thrown. This seems to happen with users who don’t have a key package published.

Update: new account on one phone, new account on another phone, trying to connect results in the same behavior as above.

I suspect this is related to key package fetch. Will take a look 👀

@josefinalliende On Android buttons are visible but there is "check internet" error. iPhone doesn't shows actions.

@josefinalliende Actually it looks like these are not OS specific. Both errors can occur on iOS and Android, depends on what account you try to connect with.

@vladimir-krstic I think they’re different issues. The one I’m starting to fix now (got sidetracked with others) is the one where no actions are shown, I believe that’s related to the key package, cause I can reproduce it with primal users that I haven't logged in whitenoise before.

The internet-related one you mentioned sounds unusual, I haven’t seen it before 🤔... Can you please write a separate issue for that one? 🙏🏻

Debugging this from flutter side and talking with @jgmontoya , we realized that the issue was in the rust side, in the case when a pubkey doesn't have a key package list. In that case, the user.key_package_event raises an error cause a method cause the fetch_user_key_package method is receiving empty relays argument. The error I see in the flutter side is: "Nostr manager error: Client Error: no relays specified"

We think the fix in the rust side would be to return None when no key package lists are published. In the flutter side I could catch all errors when calling the userHasKeyPackage method and asume that in that case the user does not have a keypackage... but that could hide other unexpected errors...
