Remove or rename Contacts everywhere

Contacts are now users or follows, and we shouldn't have a contact provider like we had before to make sure that this is clear.

• The contact provider no longer exists
• There are still variables called contacts, partiualrly the ContactModel which is a class that leaves the user data in a "Displayable way". I think we could rename that one to something like UserProfileData ...WDYT?

Yeah UserProfileData works. whatever you think. just not contacts to keep those concepts very separate. FWIW, I think we'll probably go back to having some sort of "Contacts" list internal to whitenoise eventually which is why I want to make a hard distinction now. But it will be a while, if ever so...

This is not done. Contacts provider is gone and replaced by follows in lots of parts and in wording for users I think it now is not visible, but in master branch there are still over 600+ contact references. So I'm reopening this!
