Parity must currently be launched using the absolute PATH on Windows and OSX. Adding the binary to the global PATH would help novice users.

Do you mean parity or parity-ui?

Fixed my title, I mean both if Parity UI auto-install Parity client at some point. (That might be out of the Parity UI scope, let me know)
