Parity token registry hangs-on forever with everything filled in and "register" never becomes active

Before filing a new issue, please provide the following information.

I'm running:

• Which Parity version?: Parity v1.11.1-20180515 beta
• Which operating system?: Linux
• How installed?: .deb
• Are you fully synchronized?:yes
• Which network are you connected to?: ethereum
• Did you try to restart the node?:yes

I have all the fields in Token Registry Dapp filled in correctly.
The one with the contract address keeps the circle "circling" forever and thus the "Register" button never becomes active.
Node was fully synced and I waited for hours.

Thanks for reporting the issue, could you please open the console (ctrl-shift-i or command-option-i on mac) and click on console tab to show the errors while you do it. Feel free to do a screenshot to keep a good readability.

Please upgrade your node to 1.11.3 and make sure to download the latest version of Parity UI.

I could not reproduce the problem:

Updating everything to the latest betas and still have the issue :(

I'm with parity 1.11.6 and UI 0.2.7 and still have the same problem.
