Field based configuration

As features have been added, things have felt bolted on. Need to design admin to work from perspective of "fields" (taxonomies/meta/custom, too). Each field (based on type) would have different ways to configure it. Envision javascript heavy implementation where you can ad a list of fields from a pre populated list, with an accordion style interface that has settings under each.
