Installer steps hard to read - appear as gray text on gray background

The Mac installer has steps along the left side.  The steps have have yet to be reached appear in grayish text on top of a grayish background, making them nearly impossible to read.

This is not a major problem, as they do appear with good contract once the step is reached, but is something we should fix when we can.
