Need a test email button

I have been trying to setup emails on Konga through Mailgun, in order to test if i can reach the server i have to create and delete a user constantly, it would be easier to have a button that sends an email bassed on the current settings.

Please which of the API keys from Mailgun i'm I supposed to use to setup email on Konga..
Private API Key, or the Public Validation Key ?

I have tried both and still not getting activation email on signup
