Getting "Session ID unknown" error in network tab

Hi Team,
We have been using Konga in our applications for the last 3 years. But suddenly it started giving the error "Session ID unknown" when we accessed any of the utilities from the left-hand side panel.
We are getting this error for the endpoint
konga/socket.io/?__sails_io_sdk_version=0.13.8&__sails_io_sdk_platform=browser&__sails_io_sdk_language=javascript&EIO=3&transport=polling&t=O8rETSz&sid=QPSO2gckT0NgH10CAAww

Can someone please look at this and let us know what should we check in our configuration or if anything we need to upgrade/downgrade.?

Hi Kibria, I could not resolve this issue yet. Did not find anything in the code as well. So it looks like it is a version issue but not sure if that is the problem.
