I get those dyld_shared_cache_xxxx files in Symbols/System/Library/Caches/com.apple.dyld out to reduce the symbol files's size. You don't need these big files for symbolicating. It's only used when debugging with a device. If you need them, download those xxxx-Caches files.
There are 55 versions from 7.0 (11A465) to 10.3.2 (14F89)(if you count OS version with CPU architecture, it's 138).
