feature request: "Save" button in the Toolbar

Hey there👋
for my open-source project I need to have the "Save" button in the Toolbar with a custom function to call my save markdown backend, it does not seem to me from the documentation that it is already possible to do this.

Implemented in v2.0 with a complete API redesign for simplicity!

What's new:

• Single toolbarButtons array - explicit and clear
• Import built-in buttons: import { toolbarButtons } from 'overtype'
• Separators as special buttons
• Consistent action signature for all buttons
• 390 lines of code removed, 5KB smaller bundle

⚠️ Breaking changes:
Old customToolbarButtons, hideButtons, buttonOrder options removed. See README for migration guide.

I did the best I could to test OverType before the v2.0 release, but please test it thoroughly and report bugs. I changed a lot and I only have so much bandwidth to test myself.
