Request From Community: A Flow Test File

Our Flow support I still feel is pretty jank. I am calling on our community to help come up with a Flow test file; essentially a file that exemplifies nearly every possible type of annotation, declaration, etc.

Having this will make things a lot easier going forward, and help with things like regression testing, etc.

If this issue is still open, I'm assuming this could still be useful. Just tried out the plugin option, and it works much better than without, so 👍! I can see if I can scoop up one giant file from those test cases linked, hopefully in an automated script of some kind; we'll see.

Actually... a cursory inspection of those tests seems to show a low density of unique syntax vs lines of code. Perhaps https://github.com/rstacruz/cheatsheets/blob/master/flow.md would be better... Pending comments, that shouldn't be hard to translate into a single editable JavaScript file.
