Remove Tidelift links?

All Tidelift links redirects to Sonar upselling pages since Sonar aquired Tidelift:

• https://tidelift.com -> https://www.sonarsource.com/solutions/security/?tidelift=tidelift-redirect
• https://tidelift.com/subscription/pkg/pypi-jinja2?utm_source=pypi-jinja2&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=enterprise
• etc.

Is the tidelift sponsorship program still active for all Pallets projects?

As far as I know we're still getting funds from Tidelift. Sonar seems to have gone out of their way to obscure where it is, how we can direct users to sign up, or how distribution is calculated. It looks like it's now part of the Sonar Advanced Security subscription?

I don't want to remove the links, since it's still active, but we probably need to point to something else.
