[Feature] Show base stat and IVs for Pokemon in the summary screen

As a player, I want to be able to see the base stats and IVs of a Pokemon in the summary screen

Describe the Feature

Either have the base stats/IVs displayed differently like with the base stat in brackets, IV in parentheses, or pressing a button like action/c in the summary to change what number is being displayed for a stat

Attack: [181] 382 (15)

Bonus points for also including base stats in the starter-select for the starters and ideally their final forms
