The blueberry academy currently is set to never appear in any monogen challenge

Describe the Feature

They should appear in https://github.com/pagefaultgames/pokerogue/blob/main/src/data/challenge.ts#L468

Correlated randomness should no longer be an issue with the seedOffset parameter that's also used by admins https://github.com/pagefaultgames/pokerogue/blob/main/src/battle.ts#L511
