Parallel fit does not work (at least in some cases)

check out https://github.com/pace-neutrons/pace-integration.git and install spinW.

Go to pace_integration\test_spinW_horace_matlab and do

>>runtests test_spinw_fitting

test passes.
Enable parallel multifit (hpc_config.parallel_multifit = true)

test fails. The parameters returned from fit (fitpar) are absolutely the same as input parameters.

Additional issues noticed:
parallel multifit launches parallel framework multiple times. Why does it do it?
