update oxnet, omicron, dendrite (#434)

Update oxnet to 0.1.0 from crates.io. Also update omicron and dendrite to pull
in compatibility changes.

There are a lot of changes here unfortunately. I've tried to minimize changes
(in particular I didn't also update dropshot in this repo).
