As a user i want to be able to change the width of the sidebar #6668

at the moment the sidebar used by many apps has a fix width.
as a user i want to be able to change this width with "drag & drop" - clicking the line an resize the with while dragging the line to another position.

benefit: user with huge or tiny screens can adjust their owncloud as they want to.

@stefan-niedermann we’ll likely not make this configurable – but rather might make it responsive in a way that it always takes up a certain percentage (incl minimum width) of the screen. For sizes like smartphones and probably even for small tablets, the sidebar would be collapsed automatically.

Closing this in favor of a responsive design. Configuration of the sidebar width is nothing that people should need to bother about.
