You mention in the README that this is not rsync, but you don't mention why someone would use this instead.

I'm just curious.

It's going to go into my database sync WP plugin to allow syncing of the uploads folder between live/dev/local servers. For portability, I thought it best not to rely on rsync. Added a FAQ to the readme.
