[BUG] When I try to add a new space, if the space already exists on Lavender Book, the site does not behave as expected #56

If I try to add a new space to Lavender Book, one of two things happens, neither of which are expected.

Steps to reproduce:

Try to add a new space: "Coffy Cafe" in Washington DC.
The space does not appear in the listed results, and it does not tell you why (the "why" is because the space already exists).

Steps to reproduce the other issue:

Try to add a new space: "Calabash Tea & Tonic" in Washington DC.
Calabash Tea & Tonic appears as an option, even though it is already listed on Lavender Book.
