Looks like we wouldn't hit the requirements on this repo to pass yet to get into the default package tap, so this will have to be shelved for now until we hit that target:

The Cask is for an app that is too obscure. Examples:

An app from a code repository that is not notable enough (under 30 forks, 30 watchers, 75 stars).
Electronic Identification (eID) software.

Once we do though, this is the official setup guide: https://docs.brew.sh/Adding-Software-to-Homebrew#casks

However, I could still also just provide a manual tap for now for people to add the repo and then download the cask: https://docs.brew.sh/Taps

Moved to 1.5.0 just because the repo isn't large enough yet to get support
