Welcome patch!

First, build the develop environment, follow usage for detail steps.

Second, for this repository to your Github account and create a branch.

• Please start from the default branch.
• Make changes, commit by git, push to your repository.

Next, open PullRequest and you will see a button to submit new pull request.

• Please select the default branch as target.
• Please fill the title and description.

After the PR is reviewed, the patch will be generated based on the title and description, and it will be sent via email to the FFmpeg community. Therefore, a detailed description is important for the maintainers to review this PR.
