@afmarcum has been instrumental in helping @ossf/scorecard-maintainers and @ossf/allstar-maintainers get organized.

Recent updates to default permissions within the OpenSSF GitHub org have removed her access.
Let's restore that by granting her membership to @ossf/scorecard-triagers.
