Shields for the State of Mexico

A partir del #1097, los escudos de carreteras para los estados mexicanos son compatibles en todo el país, excepto el Estado de México, debido a dos abreviaturas estatales en competencia (MEX, EM). Cuando la comunidad llegue a un consenso y etiquete estas rutas consistentemente como network=MX:MEX o network=MX:EM, podremos aplicarles el escudo de carreteras estatales.

As of #1097, highway shields for Mexican states are supported nationwide except for the State of Mexico, due to two competing state abbreviations (MEX, EM). When the community comes to a consensus and tags these routes consistently as network=MX:MEX or network=MX:EM, we can apply the state highway shield to them.
