Shiny app starts at end of survey

Every time I run the shiny app to preview my survey it takes me directly to the end of the survey. Is there a reason for this? How do I get it to start at the beginning every time?

Likely cookies. Most of the templates have cookies set to true, so if you refresh your browser picks up where you left off. You can get back to the start by either:

• Setting cookies to false
• Opening an incognito window and viewing the survey

Ahhhh. Ok. But for deployment I should probably keep the cookies on to get the metadata from respondents?

Yes for sure, that's why it's usually on true by default, otherwise respondents when they hit refresh start over!
