Adding scipy as a dependency

Hi,

I could not launch the GUI without scipy, but I didn't see (perhaps missed?) scipy as a dependency. Also the fail was silent, no ErrorLog.txt was generated. Should scipy be added as a dependency here ? After installing it, the GUI launched successfully.

Hi @Matth-M,

Thanks for raising this, the scipy dependency was added in the v1.1 update for low pass filtering signals and I had failed to update the docs. Have now updated them.
