How to switch from STS to LTS version?

So I am currently on STS 2.28.. and I want to switch to the LTS version of 2.27. So yes, I understand I can't just restore from backup my 2.28 version into 2.27. But based on this lifecycle page [https://docs.portainer.io/start/lifecycle], I won't ever be able to jump to LTS until LTS reaches 2.30. Because I can't go to 2.27, and 2.29 is just another STS release.

Is that page maybe a misprint and 2.29 is supposed to be an LTS release? I.e. even numbers are STS, odd are LTS?

So am I stuck unless I want to wipeout portainer and restore my stacks one by one using the compose files?
