UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xea in position 609: invalid continuation byte

Hello Mercure team

I have a recurring problem with the Router module on Mercure version 0.3.0-beta.2 (this is also the case with version 0.2.2-beta.1).

I think it's related to DICOM files that don't respect the character encoding rules but it's quite annoying because it generates a lot of logs in my system.
