[Request] Chaptarr

I would like to propose an image of Chaptarr. It is a working "beta" of a Readarr replacement for organizing ebooks and audiobooks in one instance of software.

They have a Discord channel https://discord.gg/8EgFZnQgp and Docker Hub https://hub.docker.com/r/robertlordhood/chaptarr . I don't believe the project has a GitHub repository yet, but will once the project officially launches.
