Extend Searchability (through filter) for Comments Objects

Thanks @marcklingen @marliessophie for the great initiative and work on Comments design (https://github.com/orgs/langfuse/discussions/980) ! May I ask if there is plan to allow easier search of the commented objects (traces, sessions, generations, prompts)? Hence a filter or a new column in trace view will be great to show all the annotated traces in one place for us to check.

UI wise it will be interesting to consider differentiation between feedback (from a score perspective) and annotation and comments for their different use scenarios.

A workaround is to automatically attach a tag to a trace when there is inserted annotation from Langfuse UI but there is potential misuse of the tags design.
